Apple’s latest response to antitrust regulation is to announce a 27 percent App Store commission instead of the standard 30 percent for apps that offer alternative payment systems. Not worldwide, of course. It seems networks are doing nothing but cancelling our favorite shows these days, but gaps in TV schedules leave room for something new.
