Any game based on fighting or competition is bound to have some rivals more difficult than others, and no developer is absolutely perfect about the progression from early to late game. That means that there are always bound to be some hugely challenging boss battles that the player winds up facing early in the game, and some climactic fights that feel awfully anti-climactic....
