Amidst the ongoing 5G patent battle between Apple and Ericsson, a Texas Judge has settled on a court date of June 2023. According to FOSS Patents, there will be a scheduling conference on March 16 between the two’s attorneys. Even more than the movie industry, video games love to create franchises. If a game does well and finds an audience, it’s almost certainly going to have a sequel (or several) planned. The occasional standalone title might be released but even the most narrative heavy games usually get a follow-up. The result is, usually, a best-case scenario for the studio making the game and the fans playing it. The franchise keeps making money and gamers get the stories, characters, and gameplay that they enjoy....

There’s an age-old criticism that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has a “villain problem,” which is to say that while its movies have fleshed-out, well-developed heroes whose stories are interesting to watch, the villains are less memorable. Nickelodeon stars are human just like anyone else. For the most part, they’re just normal folks who happen to be stars of million-dollar television shows and frequently go on to be stars of the screen. So, you know, just average, everyday people. And just like everyday people, some of them are super nice, and some of them are not so nice. This list is about the Nickelodeon stars on the extreme ends of the scale, the nicest and the meanest of the bunch....
