Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s uncertain future has caused loyal followers to take it upon themselves to campaign for the series’ to be picked up for season 6. Unsurprisingly, ABC has finally gone ahead and canceled Marvel’s Inhumans but remains mum on the fate of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The series was Marvel TV’s first offering as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and it has been spearheaded by Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg), who made the jump from the studio’s film division to the TV landscape following his character’s untimely demise....

Over the years, we’ve seen a number of stories about iPhones surviving time spent at the bottom of lakes, and sometimes even rescued from a canal using MagSafe. A new story this week features a humorous interaction between air traffic control agents at Orlando Executive Airport when it’s revealed that a pilot dropped their iPhone on the runway during takeoff. The story begins when air traffic tower control is informed that a pilot flying a Seminole aircraft dropped his iPhone on the runway....

Firstly, what an incredible relief that Kevin Smith survived his heart attack. He’s been a delightfully positive force in Hollywood, in direct opposition to the endless vitriol to which we’ve recently been exposed. Smith also has multiple entertaining podcasts, living the ideal life as an ultimate fan. His openness, organic humor, and laid-back attitude have all rightfully earned him a large following. For the first time since his foray into twisted horror, he’s released a trailer for Jay and Silent Bob Reboot....

We’re suckers for period dramas, so when Downton Abbey aired in 2010, we didn’t stand a chance. From the attention to detail to the wonderful acting to the historically accurate depiction of living in, and managing an estate at the end of the Edwardian era, this series is both engrossing and believable. Given the show’s track record of consistent storytelling excellence, we’re sure the Downton Abbey film won’t disappoint. But while we’re eager and willing to take whatever plotlines the writers throw our way, we’ve still got a list of things we’d like to happen in the upcoming film....
