Fans of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days are curious if Englishman Tom Brooks is going to break up with Darcey Silva in New York City just like her ex Jesse Meester did during their previous season? Audiences are hoping that Darcey will be able to catch a break, but the chances are not looking too high.
TLC fans first met Brooks when he started dating Silva. The cameras originally followed this mother of two who left everything behind in America to go to Amsterdam to meet her long-distance boyfriend, Meester. Once there, the noticeable differences between Meester and Silva became all too apparent to viewers. Silva was not willing to give up as she wanted affection and attention. Even though that love did not work out, Silva’s feisty heart kept her going, and she soon found love again with another foreign beau, who lived in Nottingham.
On Sunday’s all-new episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days fans watched as Silva began to slowly unravel into a mess as she shared with the cameras that Brooks had not really acknowledged her birthday a couple of days ago. The twin revealed that her on-again-off-again boyfriend just sent a text that read a generic “Happy Birthday.” During the same episode, the entrepreneur was contacted by Brooks to see if they could have a chat, which sounded ominous to Silva, who put her guard up.
Once the FaceTime call connected viewers recoiled as they watched the couple’s uncomfortable interaction. Brooks informed the mother of two that he would be in New York City for business and wondered if she would like to join him. Immediately triggered by past memories of Meester, Silva hardly gave her English gentleman a chance before she jumped down his throat. The two ended their call by simultaneously hanging upon one another. The personal trainer from Amsterdam broke Silva’s heart over a year ago when he flew to New York to visit her only with the motive of ending their relationship. The 90 Day Fiancé couple began a heated argument in their hotel room where Silva through a pair of Christian Louboutin heels that Meester then claimed was an assault.
The question now is will Brooks take a move from Meester’s playbook and dump the insecure Silva in Central Park. Fans are hopeful that Silva knows better than to wear her Jimmy Choo shoes and opt for a flat so she can make a better escape then jumping out of a taxi in a huff.
