The 88th Annual Academy Awards ceremony is upon us, with Chris Rock having returned as the host for the 2016 rendition of the Oscars show. Heading into the event, such movies as The Revenant and Mad Max: Fury Road were leading the pack with the most Oscar nominations (that includes a Best Picture nod for both movies), while such actors as Brie Larson and - yes, at long last - Leonardo DiCaprio were expected to take home the gold for their performances. Of course, it wouldn’t be the Oscars without at least one or two “upsets” or “surprise winners,” now would it?

Read on for the complete list of winners for the 88th Annual Academy Awards!
