Some of us live for romantic comedies that turn our hearts inside out as we become emotionally attached to the characters in the film. Unfortunately, not every lead is great, as some leave us with feelings of hatred over their actions toward the one they love. It becomes easy to despise them as we watch them make a series of mistakes that are wrong on so many levels. We have compiled a list of some of our least favorite romantic comedy leads who we just can’t help but dislike....

Comic book deaths are notoriously impermanent. If you can name a famous hero or villain, the chances are that they’ve died and come back at some point, most likely multiple times. The apparent death of a superhero on the cover is a guaranteed attention-grabber and has been responsible for some of the most iconic covers ever printed. However, whereas these “deaths” are usually resolved by it turning out to be fake, a dream, a clone or some mixture of all three, we’re concentrating on the characters that have died for all intents and purposes and been brought back in their main continuity....

There was an infamous incident on the set of Terminator Salvation where Christian Bale snapped at the director of photography for changing the lighting levels during the filming of an important scene. Bale proceeded to yell at several members of the crew (including the director) and threatened to leave the production if things didn’t change. Christian Bale’s tirade on the set of Terminator Salvation may sound like an overreaction to most people, but it can come off as just another day at the office to those who have worked on a movie set....

Thanks to the success of his movie last year, Deadpool is more popular now than ever before. For fans who didn’t already know, the wise-cracking mercenary showed he could tickle some funny bones, and just flat out break some bones as well. And in true Deadpool fashion, his movie featured him teaming up with some of the X-Men to complete his adventure. Now, as we gear up for the sequel, now we’re left wondering not only what heroes could he fight alongside, but fight against....

With an impressive 30 million+ players, 26 playable heroes and more on the way, a whole host of different play modes, and a consistent development team that brings new additions to the title every few weeks, Overwatch is undoubtedly one of the most-loved video games on the planet right now. Despite being originally released over a year ago for Microsoft Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, the team-based online multiplayer game seems to be going stronger than ever thanks to the passion poured into it by the Blizzard Entertainment team....

The recent announcement that The Joker will release on October 4, 2019, means that next year will be the biggest ever slate for DC superhero movies - with three films releasing in the same year. 2019 has long been set to be a busy year for DC Films. The studio already had two superhero movies due to release next year - the eagerly-anticipated Shazam! and Wonder Woman: 1984 - and production on Birds of Prey is scheduled to begin in January 2019, as well, proving that the studio has begun to firm out its medium-range plans....

Following the generally-accepted rule that nostalgia is strongest for whatever era was 20 years ago, we are currently still in the thick of 1990s nostalgia. For proof of this, look no further than how many TV shows and movies right now are reboots or revivals of ’90s properties, or how many musical acts from the ’90s are doing major reunion tours. With so-called “’90s kids” currently in their 20s and 30s, the cartoons and animated movies from that decade are dominating a lot of the reminiscing these days, especially on the internet....

The CW Television Network is home to a lot of popular TV shows. Named The CW due to its parent organizations CBS and Warner Bros., the network was created in 2006. Since then, the station has widely been known for their several superhero shows such as Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl, but there were dozens of popular shows that were around prior to the Arrowverse starting in 2012. The CW has created several shows in all genres, including crime, action, and romance....

The allure of tough guys is a huge aspect of modern movie stardom. We want to believe that the guy kicking ninjas in the face is really as cool and effortlessly violent as they seem onscreen. Actors play into this phenomenon, giving detailed interviews about their workout routines, restrictive diets, and fight training; this is particularly heightened with actors taking on superhero roles. But there’s a distinct difference between an actor who’s capable of getting into comic book hero shape and one who embodies the gritty edges of the hero they’re portraying....

Netflix has enjoyed great success in terms of viewership alone by not only creating brand-new original programming for its service members, but also reviving beloved cult TV shows (Arrested Development), breathing fresh life into cult movie properties (Wet Hot American Summer) and even re-adapting titles for television that didn’t do so hot when they were previously adapted for the big screen (Marvel’s Daredevil). It appears to be AirTag battery replacement season. The second season of AMC’s Better Call Saul premieres today, Monday, February 15, 2016. Viewers know that the show is a spinoff of the network’s popular crime drama Breaking Bad, which ran for five seasons and left a legacy as one of the greatest television programs of all time. Beloved by critics and audiences all over, it was sad to see the series come to a close in the fall of 2013 - even though fans are still enjoying misadventures in Vince Gilligan’s Albuquerque, New Mexico....

With tight deadlines and hundreds of millions of dollars invested, most superhero films tend to stick to a script. Even in the midst of the biggest budget blockbusters, actors get the rare chance to improvise their own lines. In the case of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, at least two of the films used primarily improv to great effect, rather than an actual script. Considering how successful both were, it’s a pretty impressive undertaking to consider....

At one point or another within the Marvel Universe, Thanos has been nearly unmatched in his power and abilities whether from the Cosmic Cube, the Infinity Gauntlet and its gems, or the Heart of the Universe. True, he’s a chilling villain, consumed by his quest for power and obsession with Death, but ultimately his motivations were rooted in his need for love, a very human need. In that sense, he is immensely weaker than most supervillains because of his emotional capacity, even acting as a hero sometimes in order to return the universe to its previous state and avoid the immense loneliness of ultimate power....

It has now been eleven years since the Winchester brothers went full-time into the family business of saving people and hunting things. During this time we’ve seen the dynamic duo battle everything from angels and demons to fairies and Paris Hilton, while going to hell and back multiple times - metaphorically and literally. Supernatural’s ability to combine comedy and drama with its supernatural elements is undoubtedly the reason for its record long run (it recently surpassed Smallville as longest running show on The CW), along with the brotherly chemistry between its two leads, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles....
